As an IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d), you will manage demanding customer environments and successfully implement individual IT solutions. You ensure the stable operation of modern Microsoft infrastructures and support the further development of systems and services. You analyse and resolve technical challenges in the areas of support, servers, and networks and accompany customers with their IT requirements. With your expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and virtualisation, you make an important contribution to reliable and future-proof IT environments. You can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility, customer contact, and scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of individual customer solutions taking into account specific requirements and technical conditions
Creation, updating, and optimisation of technical documentation to ensure stable and sustainable operation
Analysis, handling, and resolution of faults and customer enquiries within the scope of operational support
Support in customer consultations, technical training, and the preparation of customised offers
Active participation in the further development of products, services, and technical offerings for continuous portfolio improvement
Qualifications:
Completed training in the ICT field (EFZ, HF, FH or a comparable qualification)
Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ideally practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience with virtualisation platforms, server infrastructures, and network environments is an advantage
High customer orientation and enjoyment of direct exchange as well as diverse technical challenges
Driving licence category B
