For Senevita Bernerrose in Zollikofen we are looking for a maternity cover from August 2026 to approximately March 2027 a

HR Manager 40%

Your tasks

Operational responsibility for the entire HR life cycle (recruitment / entry / support / exit)
Ensuring all personnel administration
Management of the payroll system as well as close cooperation with the payroll processing interface
Professional HR contact person for around 180 employees
Contact person for line managers and in all personnel-related matters

What you bring with you

Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further training in HR
At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in payroll accounting and social insurance
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as generally IT-savvy (Navision / Swiss Salary / rexx / PEP / UKA)
High social competence and sense of responsibility
Efficient, structured and reliable way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Confident German in spoken and written form
