Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for the entire HR life cycle (recruitment / entry / support / exit)
- Ensuring all personnel administration
- Management of the payroll system as well as close cooperation with the payroll processing interface
- Professional HR contact person for around 180 employees
- Contact person for line managers and in all personnel-related matters
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further training in HR
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in payroll accounting and social insurance
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as generally IT-savvy (Navision / Swiss Salary / rexx / PEP / UKA)
- High social competence and sense of responsibility
- Efficient, structured and reliable way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Confident German in spoken and written form
