Screw-Cutting Machine Setter Operator (M/F)

Proven experience in screw-cutting (cams, CNC or ideally both)

Reading plans, mastery of control instruments

Rigour, autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit

Knowledge of the watchmaking, medical or connector sectors: an asset

Available quickly and motivated to join a technical and structured company Setting, start-up and production monitoring on cam and/or CNC machines (such as Tornos, Star, Citizen)

Dimensional and aesthetic control and compliance with tolerances

Tool corrections, parameter optimisation and maintaining production stability

Management of feeders, sharpening, first-level maintenance

Active participation in continuous improvement and the smooth running of the workshop
