MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
• Preparation of tenders and administrative management of projects.
• Optimal collaboration with general management.
CALCULATOR TECHNICIAN
Support to the director on administrative formalities.
Preparation of files and tender calculations.
Preparation of technical files for tenders.
Monitoring and follow-up of ongoing tenders.
Clarification and pre-award meetings.
Administrative preparation of project openings.
Collaboration with work teams and organisation of handovers.
Processing of sample, goods and consumables orders.
General administrative tasks.
Monitoring of projects and invoicing.
Training in the construction field.
Proficiency in basic computer software.
Solid experience in the commercial field. PLACE OF RESIDENCE: 30 minutes from Lausanne
