Who are we?

Fanaj SA is a metal construction company based in Morges. Recently founded, it specialises in ventilated façades, aluminium windows and doors, glazing, balustrades, staircases, canopies and bespoke locksmithing, from design to installation.

We operate throughout the Lake Geneva region, serving companies, property management firms and private individuals. In three years of activity, we have built a rapidly growing company and are expanding our team by creating several positions.

Your role

You will be fully responsible for your projects, from taking over the file to the handover of the work.

• Take over files after the award and ensure their implementation
• Manage the planning, budget and deadlines of your sites
• Coordinate the technical office, workshop and installation teams
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, manage material orders and delivery follow-up
• Be the direct contact for architects, site managers and clients
• Ensure site monitoring, meetings, minutes and handover of works
• Ensure compliance with SIA standards, safety rules and our quality requirements

Your profile

• Federal VET diploma in metal construction (metal constructor, metal draftsman), complemented by higher education (technical college technician, project manager) or equivalent experience in project management
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management in metal construction, locksmithing or building envelope, with full site management from award to handover
• Experience in technical drawing in metal construction is highly desirable as it facilitates coordination with the technical office
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and site practices in French-speaking Switzerland
• Proficient in reading and interpreting execution plans; proven experience in monitoring and respecting site budgets
• Comfortable with the Office suite; knowledge of site management software or CAD is an asset
• Fluent French, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus
• Driving licence essential
• Proven ability to manage your projects independently, make decisions and handle site contingencies without direct supervision
• Organisational skills and ease in conducting site meetings with architects and clients

Professional experience gained in Switzerland is an advantage. The position is open to cross-border commuters.
