On behalf of our client, a recognised player in the field of high precision, we are looking for a Polisher / Finishing Operator to strengthen their team.
Polisher (M/F)
- AFP or CFC as Polisher, Finishing Operator or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in Switzerland, in polishing or finishing within a watchmaking company.
- Excellent dexterity and a strong passion for high precision work.
- Meticulous, patient, rigorous and conscientious individual.
- Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
- Initiative, commitment and a sense of responsibility.
- Carry out finishing and manual polishing operations on watch components.
- Work with precision tools such as Dremel / dental burr.
- Perform quality checks using a binocular microscope, projector and roughness tester.
- Adapt polishing techniques according to the quality and condition of the parts.
- Occasionally participate in complementary operations such as laser engraving, cutting and automatic polishing.
