What you will achieve.

• You will lead around 7-8 employees in the AVU Track area with a focus on track construction machinery (TCM) both personnel-wise and professionally.
• The overall planning, coordination, and management of track construction machinery deployments in the Eastern Region will be your responsibility.
• You will ensure stable, efficient, and economical production planning as well as optimal utilisation of available resources.
• You will identify bottlenecks and planning deviations early, initiate appropriate measures, and ensure the quality of order planning.
• You will actively shape cross-departmental collaboration and the continuous development of planning processes and standards.

What you bring with you.

• Leadership experience is part of your profile, and you know how to motivate employees and achieve goals together.
• You have solid knowledge in planning and coordinating maintenance work, ideally in the area of track and track construction machinery.
• You work independently, in a structured and forward-looking manner, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• With your communicative and solution-oriented personality, you promote cross-departmental collaboration and actively drive change.
• You have a technical basic education in construction, rail, or infrastructure, complemented by a higher vocational qualification (HF) or a comparable qualification.
