Together with our client, an established industrial company in the Bern region, we are looking for an ambitious individual as a Finance Specialist 80-100% by arrangement. Your tasks with the new employer

• You will take on diverse tasks in finance and accounting and support periodic closing activities as well as day-to-day operations
• You will prepare analyses, reports and evaluations as a basis for sound business decisions
• You will actively participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and support the further development of controlling
• You will independently coordinate or lead finance-related and cross-departmental projects and ensure their successful implementation

You offer your new employer

• In addition to a commercial basic education, you have successfully completed further training in finance and accounting (e.g. federal specialist certificate)
• You have already gained at least five years of professional experience in finance; experience in closing processes, reporting or financial analyses enables you to enter this role with confidence
• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills for professional everyday life; you also use ERP systems and Excel proficiently and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working characterises you as well as your enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
