Together with our client, an innovative service company, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Head of Accounting 80-100%. Modern technologies, digital processes and customised solutions characterise the working day and create real added value for the customers. Your tasks with the new employer

• You take responsibility for demanding client accounting and ensure timely and high-quality processing of all financial processes
• You prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and provide management with sound decision-making bases
• You actively shape budgeting processes, business management evaluations and the continuous optimisation of financial processes and systems
• As a professional contact person, you support the team in day-to-day business, take on complex issues and specifically develop existing standards further

You offer your new employer

• You have further training in finance and accounting, controlling or business administration and bring a solid theoretical basis
• At least five years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as the desire to take on additional responsibility and develop professionally characterise your profile
• You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written, work proficiently with Abacus, the common MS Office applications – especially Excel – and have a high IT affinity
• With your hands-on mentality, straightforward manner and joy in sharing knowledge and developing solutions together, you sustainably enrich the team
