Role:
In this role, you actively shape a stable, secure, and modern IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of central systems. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and further developing server, network, and cloud solutions as well as their monitoring and optimisation. You analyse and resolve faults, coordinate maintenance work, and ensure high availability of all business-critical applications. Additionally, you work closely with various stakeholders, advise on technical issues, and contribute your expertise to projects on digitalisation and automation. With your experience as a professional, you drive standards, documentation, and continuous improvements in a structured manner.
Responsibilities:
- You operate and further develop your customers' Windows server, M365, and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
- In this role, you manage endpoints holistically, from Autopilot through app deployment to compliance policies and conditional access.
- You actively participate in IT outsourcing projects and accompany migrations, transitions, and commissioning.
- As an IT infrastructure and systems specialist, you analyse and resolve complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support and maintain runbooks and documentation.
- You communicate directly with customers, moderate coordination meetings, and ensure professional advice.
- In this role, you regularly attend workshops and team events in Zurich, thereby strengthening exchange and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- You have solid practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams including Teams Voice, SharePoint, Intune).
- You are well versed in Microsoft Entra ID, especially with conditional access, group policies, and hybrid scenarios.
- You have experience in endpoint management with Intune, including Autopilot, app deployment, as well as configuration and compliance policies.
- You bring basic knowledge of Azure (IaaS/PaaS) and hybrid infrastructure concepts.
- You work confidently with PowerShell and approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You communicate professionally in German and English in direct customer contact.
