Role:
Responsibility for the strategic development, secure operation and continuous optimisation of the entire IT landscape. The position combines IT management, architecture, leadership and operational proximity to modern infrastructure services.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the IT strategy as well as further development of the IT architecture
Management of IT projects, digitalisation initiatives and technology decisions
Leadership and development of support and engineering teams
Ensuring stable operation of network, workplace, VDI, server and cloud environments
Responsibility for IT security, lifecycle management and service quality
Coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers
Optimisation of IT processes, documentation and operational standards
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science or comparable education
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, security and IT architecture
Experience in leading IT teams or technical organisational units
Sound knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies such as network, virtualisation, workplace and cloud
Strong communication and organisational skills
Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic implementation mentality
Very good Swiss German and German skills, English an advantage
