Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technologist in Shift Work - Active Ingredient Production & Lyophilisation (a) 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Active Ingredient Production & Lyophilisation, we are looking for a committed Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technologist in Shift Work (a), full-time. For a structured and comprehensive induction, you will work during the first three months in day shifts. After successful completion of the induction phase, you will switch to the regular 6-4 shift system (6 days work - 4 days off).

Your tasks:

• Carrying out production work in the cleanroom including work in the isolator with highly potent active ingredients
• Operation, monitoring, setup, and cleaning of production equipment (especially lyophilisers) under GMP conditions
• Preparation of the cleanroom and provision of materials, equipment, and tools before production starts
• GMP-compliant execution and complete documentation of all work steps (manufacturing instructions, batch documentation, logbooks)
• Safe and responsible handling of active and hazardous substances in compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations (SHE)
• Independent organisation of the work area, proactive identification of deviations, and contribution of improvement suggestions

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of professional experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical production environment
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Ideally experience in a GMP-regulated environment as well as a strong understanding of quality and documentation
• Experience in cleanroom production; knowledge of working with isolators is an advantage
• Structured, responsible working style as well as teamwork skills
• Willingness to work the 6-4 shift system (6 days work - 4 days off)
