Site Manager – Carpentry Sector
Your mission
As part of a new position creation, we are looking for a Site Manager – Carpentry Sector for one of our clients to ensure the complete management of interventions and site works for a varied clientele.
A true key contact for clients, you handle files from A to Z, from preparing quotes to the acceptance of works.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and commercial offers.
- Take measurements on sites.
- Advise clients and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Plan, organise and coordinate team interventions.
- Place orders for materials, hardware and supplies with suppliers.
- Ensure supply follow-up and respect of deadlines.
- Manage sites in their entirety: preparation, organisation, technical, financial and administrative follow-up.
- Guarantee the quality of work as well as compliance with deadlines and safety standards.
- Follow up works until invoicing and acceptance of the projects.
- Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, suppliers and various stakeholders.
Your profile
- Carpenter Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in managing site works or carpentry projects.
- Excellent mastery of plan reading and carpentry techniques.
- Experience in preparing quotes and budget monitoring.
- Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously and prioritise urgencies.
- Proficiency in common IT tools and quoting or ERP software (an asset).
- Driving licence essential.
