To support the growth of our BYD workshops in Romanel-sur-Lausanne and Sion, we are looking for a High Voltage Technician - Mechatronics Technician / BYD Diagnostician.

Your mission

As a High Voltage Technician - Mechatronics Technician / BYD Diagnostician, you are the technical reference for electric and hybrid vehicles. Thanks to your expertise in High Voltage systems, you safely carry out maintenance, diagnostic and repair operations on the most innovative technologies on the market.

Your responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Carry out High Voltage shutdown procedures in accordance with safety standards.
• Diagnose faults in electrical, electronic and High Voltage systems.
• Replace high voltage batteries, electric motors and associated components.
• Ensure compliance with BYD manufacturer repair methods.
• If necessary, conduct road tests before or after intervention.
• Actively participate in technical training and manufacturer certifications.
• Maintain rigorous technical documentation and contribute to the quality and performance of the workshop.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician or Federal Diploma as an Automotive Diagnostician.
• Recognised certification for interventions on High Voltage systems (shutdown procedures).
• Proven experience with hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and fault-finding on new automotive technologies.
• High level of rigour, sense of responsibility and strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Team spirit, autonomy and desire to develop your skills on tomorrow's technologies.
• Valid driving licence.
