As part of the Baumer Group, X-Sensors in Frauenfeld develops and produces highly precise force and strain sensors for industrial applications. As a central hub between customers, production, logistics and internal departments, you keep an overview of orders, deadlines and processes. You coordinate processes from order entry to delivery, support production planning and ensure that our customers can rely on a dependable handling. What I drive

• You take over order entry and order processing and ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently, on time and with high quality.
• You support production and order planning and, together with the relevant interfaces, ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
• You look after customers and internal stakeholders in inside sales and act as a reliable contact person throughout the entire order process.
• You coordinate customs clearance, take on deputy duties in the purchasing process and bring your all-rounder qualities to a variety of organisational tasks.

What it takes

• You have a commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable qualification and feel comfortable in a versatile administrative role.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in an industrial environment as well as in a hub function and understand how to efficiently coordinate different stakeholders.
• You convince with a quick grasp, a structured way of working and the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and ideally experience with SAP and CRM systems.
