Tasks

- Technical support for customers in 1st and 2nd level support
- Management and maintenance of user accounts, end devices and basic services
- Monitoring and maintenance of existing systems
- Documentation of support cases and recording know-how in internal systems
- Support with migration and rollout projects

Profile

- Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience
- Experience in IT support and system administration
- Good basic knowledge in areas such as client/server, networks, user administration and IT security
- Customer-friendly manner, solution-oriented thinking and high self-organisation
- Very good German skills, solid English skills
