What to expect

• Professional and personnel leadership and active development of the Health Consulting and Case Management team in Lausanne with 6 employees
• Ensuring operations in day-to-day business, supporting complex tasks and organisation across all five nationwide health consulting teams
• Checking compliance with defined quality standards, existing processes and ensuring efficient and professional implementation
• Continuous development and promotion of services and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience with the ability to lead a team effectively and appreciatively
• Completed basic medical training (physiotherapy, nutritional counselling, nursing professional, MPA or similar), functionally relevant further training desirable
• High personal responsibility, independence as well as a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills, positive mindset and team spirit as well as enthusiasm for the services and motivation to promote them
• Fluent French and German in spoken and written form mandatory, English and Italian advantageous
