All-round Technician
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of various systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and water treatment systems
- You troubleshoot faults in building services systems and carry out periodic functional checks
- You perform repairs on logistics equipment as well as on doors, gates, and windows
- You assist in the service area, for example with office moves or setting up company rooms
- You take responsibility for the management and maintenance of system documentation and participate in projects
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed basic training as a heating or sanitary installer
- You have knowledge of control and regulation technology for HVAC as well as electrical engineering
- You work independently, reliably, and carefully and have good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in facility management or a similar environment
- You hold a category B driving licence
