How do you get ton-heavy machines running safely and with minimal vibration? Our Rocken partner develops and manufactures customised solutions for vibration isolation, structure-borne noise damping and precise machine installation. With in-house production, a high degree of manufacturing depth and well-thought-out system solutions, the company supplies customers worldwide – from levelling feet to complete foundation isolation. The product range extends from precision levelling elements to isolation plates and complex fastening systems. Processing incoming customer enquiries and orders
Preparation and follow-up of quotations
Coordination of delivery deadlines with internal departments
Maintaining customer relationships at home and abroad
Organisation of export and shipping processes
Collaboration with freight forwarders and other logistics partners
Supporting account management in sales activities
Recording and maintaining relevant customer data in ERP and CRM
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in internal sales
Experience in order processing, export or customer service
Interest in technical products and their applications
Independent and careful working style
Confident handling of ERP and CRM systems
Good user knowledge of MS Office
Very good German skills and good English skills
