Role:

Cloud projects succeed when architecture, security, and workplace fit together. It is exactly at this interface that you operate as a Cloud Engineer: Azure Automation & Bicep. Your foundation is Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365). You build both scalable and traceable with Infrastructure as Code. Instead of maintaining isolated solutions, you think in platforms and repeatable processes.

Responsibilities:

• You set up identities and access in Entra ID, from RBAC through app registrations to conditional access.

• Additionally, you build secure endpoint environments with Intune, including configuration profiles and device compliance.

• You migrate on-premises infrastructures to the Microsoft Cloud and accompany transition projects from planning to handover.

• With Bicep and PowerShell, you build standardised deployments and automate recurring operational tasks.

• Furthermore, you design Azure networks with subnets, routing, and hybrid connections. You coordinate firewall integrations in the Fortinet environment together with network specialists.

• You also resolve complex issues across multiple cloud layers and use AI purposefully to make administrative processes more efficient.

Qualifications:

• You bring at least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft cloud services, including migrations from on-premises environments.

• You are familiar with compute, identity, and security as well as network topics around VNets, NSGs, DNS, and VPN from hands-on experience.

• Infrastructure as Code is part of your daily routine, and you use PowerShell proficiently for automations.

• Furthermore, you have already implemented endpoint management, device compliance, and governance concepts in practice.

• You think solution-oriented and keep an overview even with complex dependencies. You enjoy sharing your knowledge within the team.

• You communicate effortlessly in German and feel at home with English-language documentation. Microsoft certifications in cloud, security, or identity give you an advantage.
