Role:
This position focuses on the implementation of demanding infrastructure projects, technical support of customers, and continuous optimisation of modern IT system landscapes. We are looking for an experienced individual with a high degree of personal responsibility and solid infrastructure know-how.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and operation of modern IT infrastructure solutions
Technical support of customers as Lead System Engineer
Analysis and resolution of complex system faults
Creation of technical documentation and operational standards
Support in solution designs and infrastructure concepts
Participation in knowledge management and further development of technical standards
Qualifications:
IT education and at least ten years of professional experience in system engineering
Very good knowledge in at least two areas such as Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, VMware or Veeam
High customer and service orientation as well as quality awareness
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills
