University Intern Project Work and Analyses in the Field of Disability Assistance 80-100%
Exciting tasks await:
- You will participate in projects in disability assistance as well as child and youth welfare, gaining a broad insight into the department's areas of responsibility and the work of the cantonal administration.
- You will be responsible for conducting and preparing online surveys.
- You will assist in the evaluation and presentation of data as well as in the preparation of reports.
- You will support the department in organisational and administrative matters related to cooperation with care facilities in the canton.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences, economics, education or a related field.
- High social competence as well as a very structured and goal-oriented way of working.
- Confident written and oral communication skills, good numerical understanding and an analytical, interconnected way of thinking.
- Experience with Excel and Word as well as in the structured evaluation and interpretation of data. Experience with the statistical tool R is an advantage.
- Interest in social and socio-political issues.

The Division of Special Education, Homes and Workshops (SHW), together with around 80 institutions, is responsible for ensuring that people with disabilities of all ages in the canton of Aargau receive support and assistance. The SHW plans, supervises and finances the services with the aim of enabling people with disabilities to have self-determination and participation in society.
