Social and Educational Assistant (M/F)
Job Description
- Support and assist employees with disabilities
- Be attentive to their needs and provide appropriate social and educational support
- Promote their autonomy, integration, and participation within the workshop
- Ensure the maintenance of a caring and safe working environment
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and workshop managers
- Occasionally provide support to workshop activities when necessary, without production being the main function of the role
Profile Sought
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Social and Educational Assistant (ASE) or equivalent qualification - essential
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Experience with people presenting psychological and/or mental disabilities is a real asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive listening, and kindness
- Patience, empathy, and good adaptability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Comfortable in an industrial work environment
