In this position, you take on the overall responsibility for demanding automation projects in the building technology sector and lead them from technical conception to successful project completion. You coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage all project processes and ensure an economical and high-quality implementation. With your expertise in measurement, control and regulation technology as well as your leadership skills, you ensure sustainable and future-oriented building automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of projects in the field of building automation and control technology across all project phases
Planning, coordination and control of MSR and automation solutions for demanding building technology projects
Responsibility for project costs, deadlines, quality and economic target achievement
Conducting contract and price negotiations within defined competencies
Technical leadership and coordination of project engineers, programmers, commissioning technicians and project staff
Monitoring and controlling all technical and commercial project activities
Organisation and support of commissioning, functional tests, acceptance and project handover to the customer
Support, optimisation and expansion of existing control and automation systems
Conducting technical inspections and assessing the condition of systems to ensure reliable operation
Support in the preparation of technical offers as well as advising internal and external project participants
Participation in the continuous optimisation of project standards and automation processes
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a FH Engineer, qualification as a HF Technician or comparable training in the fields of HVAC, electrical engineering or automation
Several years of experience in managing MSR or building automation projects
Sound knowledge in the commissioning of DDC and PLC substations as well as modern building control technology
Experience in the technical and organisational management of complex projects
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
High self-motivation, enthusiasm for innovation and confident appearance
Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
Good user knowledge of MS Office and other common PC applications
Driving licence category B
Fluent German language skills
