- Recording and maintaining customer data in our systems
- Processing telephone and written customer enquiries
- Receiving enquiries and complaints in various languages
Your profile
- You are outgoing and appear friendly and confident on the phone
- You enjoy helping customers
- You are motivated, resilient and enjoy working with people
- You find it easy to use computers and common Microsoft Office programmes
- You speak fluent Swiss German and communicate in a friendly and understandable manner
