We are the first fully vegan bakery in Switzerland. Our mission: to show that veganism is not synonymous with sacrifice and to make more sustainable consumption accessible to everyone.

For our new high-traffic sales point at Fribourg Station, we are looking for someone who wants to take on responsibilities, make a difference, and actively contribute to the development of Bakery Bakery.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for sales targets, personnel costs, and merchandise expenses.
• You lead, support, and develop your team, including recruitment.
• You ensure an attractive presentation of the sales point as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• You interact with our customers, take care of our existing clientele, and help to expand our customer portfolio.
• You also participate in production and handle administrative tasks related to the site.

Your skills

• Professional training (CFC) and several years of experience managing a team in gastronomy.
• Cafeteria-restaurateur certificate or diploma from a hospitality school.
• Excellent knowledge of German and French.
• You enjoy a dynamic environment and can remain calm even in stressful situations.
• A positive personality, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Process awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, and economic orientation.
• Flexibility, motivation, and a desire to drive things forward.
