To support the development of the railway sector within our company, we are looking to recruit a FOREMAN - TEAM LEADER (M/F) IN RAILWAY TRACKS at 100% within our dynamic team at the Saint-Légier (VD) branch.

Your mission

• Management and coordination of railway construction sites

• Ensuring the quality and compliance of works with current standards and plans

• Effective management of teams on site to guarantee deadlines are met

• Ensuring the maintenance of safety and environmental protection standards

• Proactive problem solving and adaptation to unforeseen site issues

Your skills

• Federal foreman certificate or equivalent qualification, or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Excellent knowledge of metre gauge and standard gauge tracks, as well as the Swiss railway network

• Holder of the SBB APT as well as a valid driving licence

• Exemplary ability to work in a team, create a climate of trust and manage stress

• Willingness to work irregular hours (nights and weekends)
