What is my role?

Our client, a renowned medical centre in the Bern region, is looking for you as a Medical Practice Assistant. In this versatile position, you are the heart of the practice.

Your main tasks include:

• Complete practice organisation: appointment scheduling, patient summons, and preparation of medical reports

• Independent organisation of consultations and empathetic patient care

• Professional communication via telephone and email

• Administrative support of the medical team and assistance with billing

• Assistance with medical examinations

What do I need to be successful?

Ideally, you have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or have a comparable medical qualification. What matters most to us is your organisational talent and your enjoyment of direct patient contact.

• Experience or initial contact with gastroenterology
