Tasks

• Professional handling of all customer enquiries by telephone
• Forwarding calls to specialist departments
• Collaboration with partners via e-mail or telephone

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or as a dialogue specialist
• German at native speaker level and very good foreign language skills in English, French advantageous
• High resilience, service-oriented and adept on the telephone
