Clerk Export & Customer Service 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company specialising in packaging technologies. Responsibilities:
Independent processing and coordination of customer orders from receipt to delivery
Maintenance of order data as well as creation of delivery notes and invoices
Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring reliable order tracking
Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with freight forwarders and other interfaces
Preparation and management of export documents for international shipments
Structured filing and maintenance of documents in the document management system (DMS)
Support in data maintenance and process optimisation in order administration
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in order processing, logistics or export environment
Solid ERP knowledge (ideally in orders and master data)
Confident use of Excel for evaluations, planning and reporting
Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills in contact with customers and service providers
Very good German and good English skills
