CNC Setter in 2x8 Shift Team (M/F)

For one of our clients, a renowned watchmaking manufacturer based in the Neuchâtel Mountains, we are looking for a CNC Setter (M/F) to strengthen their production teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out adjustments and setups on Bumotec S1000 machining centres
• Ensure the launch, monitoring and optimisation of the production of watch links and clasps
• Perform tool changes and necessary dimensional corrections during manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with quality and productivity requirements
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring instruments
• Identify production deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Participate in first-level maintenance and ensure the good condition of equipment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a production mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in CNC machine setting
• Strong experience with Bumotec S1000 or multi-axis CNC machining centres dedicated to watch production
• Good command of Fanuc controls and ISO programming
• Excellent knowledge of cutting tools and machining conditions
• Proficiency with dimensional control instruments
• Strong sense of quality, precision and attention to detail
• Autonomous, rigorous and organised personality
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to thrive in a demanding environment
