Carpenter

We are constantly looking for our clients in the Côte area (Geneva - Lausanne axis) for temporary and permanent assignments for several: Carpenter

You have the following qualities and skills:

-CFC Carpenter or equivalent qualification.
-You have a minimum of 3 years experience in the trade.
In good physical condition
-Versatile and autonomous
-Comfortable working independently or in a team
-French spoken, read, written
-Driving licence and vehicle You will have the following missions and tasks:

-Work on new build/renovation sites
-Mark reference points on wood and cut various works (framework, joisting, window frames, etc.)
-Shape wood pieces: sawing, mortising, planing, notching, drilling, etc.
-Prepare pieces for assembly and number them to facilitate their assembly on site
-Treat, impregnate and varnish wood to protect it against pests, moisture and weather
-Assemble, fit and adjust framework and building structure elements according to the established plan
-Install wall and ceiling coverings, stairs, balconies, window connections, insulation panels, timber framing, etc.
-Apply protective coatings, install thermal and acoustic insulation
-Renovate and maintain framework and wooden parts during refurbishment work
-Recycle or dispose of waste according to current environmental standards.
-Carry out work to a high standard and within deadlines according to instructions from management
-Apply company safety rules and ensure that everything has been done to guarantee everyone’s safety.
