Salary Range: CHF 55.00 - 60.00 / hour gross (depending on qualification and experience)

About the Position

For our client, we are urgently seeking a assertive, experienced individual for a time-critical construction project in the Basel area to ensure technical quality assurance and specialist construction management on site. You will act as the link between the overall project management, the specialist planners, and the executing sanitary and HVAC installation companies.

Your Main Tasks

• Technical construction management on site: Monitoring, controlling, and acceptance of the executed sanitary and HVAC installations on the construction site.

• Quality & Defect Management: Early detection of technical deviations, system errors, and execution defects as well as initiation of direct corrective measures.

• Contractor Coordination: Active management, onboarding, and coordination of the involved craftsmen, subcontractors, and fitters.

• Schedule & Specification Control: Ensuring compliance with construction schedules, execution plans, quality requirements, as well as safety and sanitary regulations.

• Interface Function: Regular coordination and solution-oriented exchange with project management.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed vocational training in building technology / sanitary / HVAC (e.g. sanitary installer, heating technician, building technology planner EFZ) - ideally with further training as chief fitter, construction manager, or construction foreman.

• Experience: Several years of practical construction site experience in specialist construction management, construction management, or as a leading fitter in the field of sanitary and building technology.

• Mindset: High practical orientation, independence, assertiveness, and solution-oriented approach on the construction site.

• Languages & Mobility: Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; driving licence category B required.
