Intranet & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect

You are part of corporate communications and work at the interface between digital platforms, analytics and communications. Together with agile development teams and various organisational units, you help shape our intranet as a central information and service platform.

Your impact with us

You ensure that intranet pages and services are clearly structured, understandable and intuitive to use. Through your advice and project management, you support internal departments in implementing their content purposefully and effectively on the intranet and strengthen the quality of digital appearances. You use AI to create and structure content efficiently. By testing new functions and upgrades, you help ensure a stable and modern operation of the intranet together with the team. You also use quantitative and qualitative user data purposefully to identify optimisation potential for further development.

Furthermore, you coordinate the reporting activities of corporate communications. This creates transparency about the impact of our activities and provides data-based decision-making foundations for corporate communications as well as other organisational units.

What you bring

• Experience with digital platforms, ideally intranet based on SharePoint or web environment
• Understanding of corporate communications and enjoyment in preparing content clearly
• Strong interest in usability, information architecture and user-oriented design
• Analytical skills to evaluate usage data and feedback as well as to derive recommendations for action
• Experience with reporting tools for various communication areas and openness to using AI in everyday work
• Structured, independent and team-oriented working style with a high quality focus
• Fluent German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
