For an established institution in the field of inpatient care and nursing in the Bern metropolitan area, we are looking for a committed Dipl. Nurse HF/FH 40-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Optionally, there is the possibility to additionally take on responsibility in the area of RAI-HC.

Your Tasks
- You ensure professional and individually tailored care and support for the residents.
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and ensure a smooth operation on the ward.
- You create and update care plans as well as the associated care documentation.
- You conduct assessments and RAI-HC surveys professionally and on time.
- You work closely with relatives, doctors and other involved professionals.
- You participate in handovers, team meetings and internal training sessions.
- With appropriate experience, there is the possibility to take on additional tasks in the area of RAI-HC.
- In case of absence, you support the management and organisation of the care area if needed.
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- Experience in long-term care or in the home care sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of handling RAI-HC is welcome but not mandatory.
- You work independently, reliably and responsibly.
- A structured way of working and forward-thinking characterise you.
- You actively contribute to the team and gladly support less experienced employees as well as trainees.
- A respectful and empathetic approach to the residents is a matter of course for you.
- You have good communication skills and appreciate interprofessional collaboration.
