Marketplace & Digital Marketing Associate M/F
Within the Digital Acquisition team, the Marketplace & Digital Marketing Specialist contributes to the growth of Vilebrequin’s e-commerce sales by managing activities related to marketplaces and participating in the digital acquisition strategy.
The colleague ensures commercial development, operational monitoring, and performance optimisation of various marketplaces (EU/US), while contributing to the development of Paid Social campaigns, coordinating and monitoring other channels, and implementing commercial operations.
Main responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management (Europe & United States)
- Manage all marketplaces (Amazon Luxury, Farfetch, AboutYou, Miinto, and Galeries Lafayette) in the EU and US markets and any other marketplace that may be added to the Vilebrequin ecosystem.
- Develop sales, visibility, and profitability across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate the launches of new collections on marketplaces to ensure their availability, visibility, and promotion from the moment they go on sale.
- Identify issues affecting product visibility or sales and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and partners (Neteven, marketplaces).
- Manage Trade Marketing campaigns implemented with marketplaces to maximise their performance and profitability.
- Launch and manage self-service advertising campaigns on marketplaces (Amazon Sponsored Products, DSP, Display...) and optimise performance indicators (ROAS).
- Participate in discussions and ensure regular operational follow-up with marketplaces and the Neteven partner to guarantee the quality of operations.
- Coordinate with Logistics teams to ensure product availability, stock monitoring, and replenishment of Amazon FBA activities in the US, while preventing stockouts.
- Prepare sales estimates to plan stock levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators and compliance with operational standards of marketplaces (order processing times, account compliance, etc.).
- Ensure the update and optimisation of Brand Stores on various marketplaces to guarantee their consistency with current collections and Vilebrequin’s brand image.
- Produce analyses and recommendations to improve performance.
- Perform monthly billing reconciliation by verifying consistency between sales made and invoices issued by marketplaces.
- Contribute to projects improving tools, processes, and workflows related to marketplaces and digital marketing.
2. Digital Marketing & Acquisition
- Participate in the development, coordination, and optimisation of digital acquisition campaigns on key channels: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Retargeting (Criteo), and Affiliate Marketing.
- Support the Paid Social Manager and contribute to strategy definition, budget management, campaign optimisation, performance analysis, and A/B testing.
- Actively engage in exchanges with our Paid Social partners.
- Coordinate the partner agency responsible for Paid Search to maximise sales and profitability.
- Participate in planning and implementing e-commerce commercial operations (GWP, free delivery, and other promotional activations on the site).
- Monitor campaign performance, produce reports, and provide optimisation recommendations.
- Manage affiliate programmes and coordinate the agency to develop sales and increase the number of active affiliates in EU/US programmes.
- Provide support for influencer actions and digital partnerships.
- Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployment of marketing campaigns.
Profile sought
- Higher education Bac+4/5 in business school, digital marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent training.
- Significant first experience of 2 to 4 years in e-commerce, marketplaces and/or digital marketing, ideally gained within an international brand in fashion, luxury, or retail sectors.
- Good knowledge of the marketplace environment and its commercial and operational challenges: catalogue management, product visibility, stock, commercial operations, advertising campaigns, and performance monitoring.
- Good understanding of key digital acquisition channels, notably Paid Social and Paid Search.
- Strong affinity for numbers and performance analysis, with the ability to interpret key e-commerce and media KPIs (turnover, margin, ROAS, conversion, traffic, acquisition costs...) and draw concrete recommendations.
- Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Rigorous, organised, analytical, and results-oriented profile, with a good level of autonomy and strong ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, essential for exchanges with partners and international teams.
- A sensitivity to the fashion, premium, and luxury universe, as well as brand image challenges, is appreciated.
