Industrial Foreman - (M/F/D) - 100%

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate teams of movers and industrial assemblers
• Organise dismantling, handling, transport and reassembly operations
• Prepare interventions and anticipate technical constraints
• Coordinate the necessary human and material resources
• Analyse risks and implement appropriate safety measures
• Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage unforeseen events and provide solutions directly on site
• Ensure communication with clients and various stakeholders
• Collaborate with production managers, technicians and internal teams
• Participate in technical operations when necessary
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

We Expect

• Solid experience in industrial handling, lifting, assembly/dismantling or industrial transfer
• Proven initial experience in team supervision
• Good technical knowledge and excellent practical skills
• Ability to organise and coordinate several operations simultaneously
• Good safety culture
• Natural leadership and ability to unite a team
• Autonomous, rigorous and organised person
• Very good communication skills
