Role:
The company combines agriculture, food, trade, and energy under one roof and is thus active along various stages of the Swiss value chain.
For employees, this means an environment with numerous interfaces between operational business, digitalisation, logistics, production, trade, and central corporate functions. Responsibilities:
You manage the finances of individual companies and ensure reliable day-to-day operations across all relevant accounting areas.
From monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER to reporting, VAT returns, and tax declarations, you oversee the financial processes holistically.
For controlling, you develop meaningful key figures and analyses, support budgeting and forecasts, and provide well-founded decision-making bases.
When integrating new companies, you are responsible for the financial implementation and ensure structured integration into existing financial processes.
In digitalisation and optimisation projects, you take on project or sub-project leadership and contribute ideas for the further development of the finance department.
Qualifications:
A commercial education with further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services, or a university degree in business administration forms your professional foundation.
You bring several years of experience in accounting, finance and accounting, or fiduciary environments and are confident in preparing financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
Initial to solid experience in controlling as well as enthusiasm for analyses and business management issues distinguish you.
You work independently, precisely, and reliably and at the same time convince through commitment, teamwork, and a strong service orientation.
You have fluent German language skills.
