- Managing the accounting for various properties and real estate
- Posting of creditor and debtor invoices
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Handling payment transactions and dunning processes
- Contact with tenants, owners, and internal as well as external contacts
- General administrative tasks in the area of property accounting
- Commercial training or equivalent education with a focus on accounting
- Professional experience and accounting knowledge in the real estate sector or in ancillary cost accounting is a great advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Affinity for numbers and a strong understanding of financial contexts
- Careful, structured and reliable way of working
- Independent and responsible personality
- Enjoyment in working with various contacts
- Fluent in German
- Varied and diverse activity in the real estate sector
