Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services 60-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a challenge where you can apply your skills as an experienced professional? In this role, you will take holistic and independent responsibility for managing mandates, assume responsibility, and actively contribute to further development. You do not want to simply perform routine tasks but think and act entrepreneurially. You are responsible for competent and independent client management and actively contribute to the development of a modern organisation. You are ready to take responsibility and engage actively.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage your own client portfolio
- In this role, you take responsibility for financial and payroll accounting
- As mandate manager, you are responsible for preparing and discussing interim and annual financial statements
- You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons
- In this role, you advise clients on business management and tax matters
- You support and professionally accompany our administrative staff
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have a professional certificate in fiduciary services / finance and accounting or a comparable further education
- You bring several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
- You have sound knowledge of accounting, taxes, payroll, and VAT
- You have experience in independently managing fiduciary mandates
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- You enjoy direct client contact and dealing with demanding issues
