Senior Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)

As a Senior Project Manager HVAC, you take overall responsibility for demanding building technology projects focusing on energy efficiency, sustainability, and innovative supply concepts. You manage complex projects from concept development through planning and tendering to successful implementation and lead interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners in a goal-oriented manner. With your expertise, you develop forward-looking solutions for demanding construction projects and simultaneously support the further development of the department and the acquisition of new projects.
Responsibilities:
Planning, management, and realisation of complex large-scale HVAC projects in areas such as hospitals, laboratory buildings, data centres, industrial plants, and energy centres
Development and implementation of sustainable energy and building technology concepts focusing on efficiency and future-proof technologies
Preparation of technical concepts, feasibility studies, offers, and tender documents
Responsibility for project costs, schedules, quality, and controlling across all project phases
Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as management of specialist planners and external partners
Consulting customers, authorities, and other stakeholders on innovative energy solutions
Optimisation of planning and project processes through the use of modern digital methods and tools
Ensuring efficient specialist coordination between various building technology disciplines
Support in the acquisition of new projects as well as in technical customer presentations
Assuming specialist leadership tasks and passing on know-how within the team
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in planning and managing HVAC projects as well as in specialist coordination of complex construction projects
Completed training as an engineer or technician HF/FH in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, or comparable qualification
Sound knowledge in building technology planning, project management, and implementation of sustainable energy concepts
Experience dealing with demanding customer projects as well as interdisciplinary planning teams
Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers, authorities, and project partners
Enthusiasm for renewable energies, digitalisation, and innovative building solutions
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in developing economical and sustainable solutions
Leadership experience or motivation for the professional development of employees
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
High team spirit, commitment, and sense of responsibility
Fluent German language skills
