Site Supervising Electrical Installer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you to strengthen their electrical team at the Bern location. In this versatile position, you are responsible for electrical installation projects of various sizes – from smaller renovations to demanding new installations.

• Independent management and organisation of electrical construction sites

• Leadership and deployment coordination of assembly staff on site

• Monitoring of quality standards, schedules, and budgets

• Organisation of material supply and maintenance of supplier relationships

• Central contact person for builders, planning offices, and project managers

• Compliance with and control of all safety regulations (SUVA, internal company guidelines)

• Preparation of construction documentation and reporting

What do I need to be successful?

You bring technical know-how and enjoy taking the lead on site? Perfect!

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ

• Solid experience in managing electrical construction sites

• Strong organisational skills and clear communication

• Confident appearance towards customers, partners, and your team

• Strong quality and safety awareness

• Valid driving licence category B
