Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a reliable and professionally competent individual as a Payroll Specialist for an established company in the industry.
Our client is a successful Swiss company with professional structures and a diverse workforce. To strengthen the HR department, we are seeking a specialist who independently manages payroll accounting and ensures correct, timely and legally compliant processing of payroll procedures.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for employees
Processing of entries, exits, changes and variable salary components
Handling monthly payroll runs including control and reconciliation
Processing accident, sickness, holiday and absence data
Advising employees and managers on questions regarding salary and social insurance
Contributing to the optimisation and further development of payroll processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ with further training as Payroll Specialist, HR specialist with federal certificate or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in payroll in Switzerland, ideally in an industrial environment
Sound knowledge of Swiss salary, labour and social insurance law
Good knowledge of payroll accounting and HR systems as well as MS Excel
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
