Project Manager in Sanitary Installations (80–100%)

Following the integration of the company Zanini Baechli, Energy Management strengthens its expertise in sanitary engineering and now offers a comprehensive range covering all technical building installations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects in the field of sanitary installations.

You will be responsible for the technical, financial and organisational coordination of projects, from preliminary design to commissioning.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of sanitary installation projects (all SIA phases)
• Dimensioning and design of installations (drinking water, wastewater, etc.)
• Coordination with architects, clients and technical partners
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and quality
• Supervision of designers
• Participation in site and coordination meetings

Your Profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as Sanitary Designer, Federal Diploma would be an asset
• Motivated and committed personality
• Proven experience in managing sanitary projects in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of SIA standards in sanitary installations
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and communication ability
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM
