DevOps & Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the operation, security, and continuous development of the technical foundation - from cloud environments such as Azure and Kubernetes to your own GPU servers and networks. You ensure that systems run stably, performantly, and scalably, and that fast, secure, and disruption-free access is possible worldwide. You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the information security management system according to ISO 27001, including documentation, audits, and awareness measures. In addition, you work closely with teams from AI research, product development, as well as internal and external stakeholders to optimally meet infrastructure and security requirements. You bring your experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructures, network security, and server architectures and design processes in a structured and self-responsible manner.
Responsibilities:
- You operate and further develop our cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes, on-prem GPU servers, networks, firewalls)
- You secure and optimise our ISO 27001-certified ISMS including documentation, audits, and awareness measures
- In this role, you work closely with our AI research and product development teams
- As a specialist for development operations and infrastructure, you act as an interface to our external CISO
- You coordinate collaboration with internal teams as well as external service providers
Qualifications:
- You have solid experience with cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or Google) and/or on-premise setups.
- You are very familiar with network security, ISO 27001, firewalls, and modern server architectures.
- You work in a structured, analytical way and keep an overview even in complex environments.
- You approach tasks independently and drive topics forward on your own responsibility.
- You communicate very confidently in writing and speaking in German and English.
