Clerk Sales Internal Service Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will work in a commercial sales function related to the construction industry. You will handle business cases in internal sales and coordinate information between customers, sales and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Record incoming business transactions and check for completeness
Handle customer concerns in writing and by phone
Prepare technical and commercial details for tenders
Clarify queries with suppliers and compile relevant information
Prioritise and process incoming enquiries
Prepare sales documents according to defined specifications
Consolidate information between field sales and internal specialist departments
Qualifications:
Completed commercial vocational training
Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
Confident handling of Excel and numbers
Experience with construction products or industry-related processes is an advantage
Knowledge of SelectLine is welcome
Very good German and good French skills
Independent, precise and efficient working style
Quick comprehension and reliable handling of multiple tasks
