Draughtsperson: Architecture Specialisation (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a draughtsperson in architecture? In this role, you will take on the execution planning and be responsible for creating detailed plans. You will spend about 80-100% of your working time on this task. Your professionalism and experience will be required in this position. You are an important part of the planning process and contribute to the realisation of architectural projects.
Responsibilities:
- You coordinate and develop details as well as tender and execution plans
- In this role, you support projects in creating digital models
- As a draughtsperson in architectural execution planning, you work closely with specialist planners and experts
- You assist specialist planners and experts in developing plans
- In this role, you are responsible for preparing tender plans
- You create and edit execution plans for architectural projects
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
- Ideally, you have experience in execution planning in Switzerland
- You have a good understanding of construction and detail design
- You enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly with project managers and specialist planners
- You maintain an overview even with more complex tasks
- You have very good German skills as well as confident CAD skills in ArchiCAD
