HR Manager (100%)
Personnel administration and payroll for three companies
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you ensure personnel administration and operational human resources management for three companies within the group, totalling approximately 260 employees. You manage the administrative life cycle of employees, from hiring to departure: employment contracts, amendments, certificates, attestations, as well as maintaining personnel files and the HRIS. You administer the time management system, monitor absences (illness, accident, maternity, paternity, leave) and handle social insurance files (AHV, APG, LAA, IJM, family allowances) with external partners. You prepare and check variable payroll elements in liaison with the external provider, verify salary statements and participate in monthly and annual closings. You coordinate the administrative onboarding of new employees with Talent Acquisition and respond to HR requests from managers and employees of the three companies. You produce HR reports and indicators and contribute to projects for harmonising practices, digitalisation and continuous improvement of the group’s HR processes, in strict compliance with data confidentiality.
Your profile:
Holder of a commercial apprenticeship certificate supplemented by a Human Resources Manager certificate, you have at least five years’ experience in an HR role focused on personnel administration and payroll. You have a good knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance and absence management, and have proven experience with HRIS, time management tools and HR processes. Experience in a multi-company industrial environment is an asset. You are eager to build, structure and improve existing processes, and are comfortable managing several topics simultaneously. Agile, organised and quick-witted, you quickly understand situations and know how to provide employees with a fair response, tactfully. Autonomous and methodical, you manage priorities with discipline, remain calm when workload increases and demonstrate absolute discretion. Service-oriented, you communicate easily with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Teams, have an excellent level of French and professional written English, and reside in Switzerland.
