Your Tasks

• Therapy Preparation: You prepare antitumour therapies professionally, precisely and with quality assurance – in close collaboration with the nursing staff.
• Pharmacy & Stock Management: You independently manage the ward pharmacy, monitor stocks and ensure smooth ordering processes.
• Patient-Centred Practice: You competently dispense medication, instruct patients on self-injection and perform blood draws (after targeted training).
• Process & Performance Management: With precise performance recording and clever administration, you keep our ward processes lean and efficient.

Your Profile

• Your Foundation: Completed training as a Pharmacy Specialist EFZ or Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe).
• Your Strengths: High quality and safety awareness, an exact and independent working style as well as a sense of responsibility when handling specialised medications.
• Your Attitude: Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration on equal terms, resilience in the lively outpatient clinic routine and motivation to actively shape processes.

• Strong Team Spirit: An appreciative team that sticks together, trusts each other and masters challenges jointly.
