Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Pinning cables including accompanying processes according to specifications
• Carrying out electrical and mechanical tests with various measuring instruments
• Documentation and recording of test results
• Packing the products after completion of all tests
• Quality control as well as reporting deviations and implementing corrective measures
• Support in process optimisation and participation in lean activities such as 5S
• Independent maintenance of the equipment according to the maintenance plan

Your Profile

• Completed basic mechanical training, e.g. as a polymechanic
• Experience in the production and testing of cable components, including soldering and pinning processes as well as final inspection
• Very good fine motor skills for handling the smallest parts
• Very good technical and quality understanding, quick comprehension and precise working method
• Resilience and ability to work in a team, even under stress
• Flexibility for deployment in several processes
• Confident handling of PC systems and ERP software
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
